New members can’t join once you hit the cap. Toqui will let you know in-app. Upgrade to the next Pro tier and pay only the difference — no picks are lost, no data is reset, and no one has to rejoin.

For a recreational group activity, yes — same legal footing as a March Madness bracket at the office. Toqui takes no money in or out of the platform: no entry fees to Toqui, no cash prizes paid by Toqui. Any buy-in your group runs is off-platform and between you and your coworkers.
