Once your pool is created, getting people in is the easy part. Toqui gives you two options: a direct invite link that opens the pool in one tap, and a short join code members can type in manually. Both work on any device, no app install required.

The two ways to join

Invite link

A full URL that takes members directly to your pool’s join page. Best for WhatsApp, email, or anywhere you can tap a link.

Join code

An 8-character uppercase code members enter at toqui.app/join. Useful when sharing in a message where links get mangled, or in person.
Join codes are always 8 uppercase characters — for example, TXKR92BF. The code is case-insensitive when members type it in.
1

Open your pool

Go to your pool’s page from the dashboard.
2

Open Pool Settings

Click the Settings icon (or tap the three-dot menu on mobile) and select Invite Members.
3

Copy the link or code

You’ll see both your invite link and your join code. Tap Copy link or Copy code to put either one on your clipboard.

How to share

Paste the invite link directly into your WhatsApp group chat. It will render as a preview card — members tap it and land on the join page. One tap to join.

Member limits and upgrading

Toqui is free for pools of up to 25 members. Once your pool hits that limit, new members who try to join will see a message that the pool is full. Your existing members and their picks are not affected. To let more people in, upgrade your pool from Pool Settings. Paid tiers are a one-time payment per pool — not a recurring subscription — and scale up to 1,000 members.
Members never pay anything to join. Only the pool organizer pays, and only when the pool grows past 25 members. Joining is always free.
Upgrade your pool to unlock capacity for 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 members.

Frequently asked questions

Not currently. Your join code and invite link are permanent for the life of the pool. If you need to stop new members from joining, switch your pool to Closed in Pool Settings instead.
Yes, as long as the pool is still open and under capacity. Late joiners can submit picks for upcoming matches but won’t be able to submit picks for matches that have already kicked off.
Members need to sign in with Google or their email to submit picks and appear on the leaderboard. They can preview the pool before signing in, but picks require an account.
